Soulful Radio Network Team Terms:

The general provisions of our Affiliates are as a whole are as follows:

1. This program is free for all to apply.  There is no cost to apply, or for any other aspect of the position.
2. Visitors to your site(s) are tracked by both cookies and ISP tracking and remain active for 90 days.
3. Your commission per transaction is roughly 20-50%.  Tier 1,2,3,4,5.
4. We pay the 25th of the month after a commission is made.  We allow this much time for our “Guaranteed Airplay” or 100% play credit purchase returned.
5. Payment trigger is only $25.00

Below are terms of service defining both the relationship between The Soulful Radio Network and our affiliates, and defining the role, rules, and obligations asked of our affiliates.

1.  As an affiliate, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of The Soulful Radio Network.

2.  Taxes and other outside fees associated with your own income production are your responsibility and you must provide us a W-9 form.

3.  All online marketing efforts must comply with all spam and "truth in advertising" laws.  Furthermore, all online marketing must be associated only with legal and professional items, services, and activities.

4.  Offline marketing must also comply with all applicable marketing and business laws.  As was with # 3 above, all offline marketing must be associated only with legal and professional items, services, and activities.

5.  Any online or offline programs initiated by you are your financial responsibility.  In other words, if you take out an ad to direct people to your site and link, it is up to you to pay for that ad.

6.  All Soulful Radio Network product components are copyrighted and/or proprietary and any use thereof must be intended for a sale that finalizes through The Soulful Radio Network.  In other words, you cannot use our marketing materials or product to generate sales for other products, people, or companies.

7.  You agree not to misrepresent the product to any potential customer, company or potential sub-marketing rep.

8.  You agree not to misrepresent the earnings potential of this position to anyone, especially sub-affiliates you may recruit (our program is 2-tiered). 
You commission 20% of earnings for each referral.

We make no claim as to the amount of money you will earn as an affiliate above and beyond the set amounts or commissions you will make as the result of a direct commission or as the result of a commission from one of your sub-affiliates.

All commissions credited to you will be the result of your own efforts and/or the efforts of groups of fellow affiliates or sub-affiliates you recruit.

All people or groups recruited by you, and/or working for you, must adhere to our "Terms of Service."

9.  You acknowledge that The Soulful Radio Network will send you emails from time to time in order to provide you updates and the latest news to our affiliates. 

10.  Affiliate agrees that The Soulful Radio Network cannot be held liable for any omissions, errors, or other difficulties associated with the services or processes offered and controlled by computer error. 

11.  By filling out the account form you will automatically become bound by the terms of this agreement.

12.  Violation of these terms may, at the very least, cause us to sever our relationship with you as an independent affiliate. 

13. We hope that you become very successful with great earnings as a Soulful Radio Network affiliate!
